Points-Based Recognition
The program's goal is to provide leadership and team members with a process to recognize and appreciate one another for the many efforts put forth on a day-to-day basis, especially when those efforts go above and beyond to make an impact!
Recognition is a great motivator to repeat positive behavior. Over time, this leads to building more accountability and trust, helping us form stronger relationships within and across departments to achieve broader organizational goals.
